You will have to have the ability to work by yourself. Training hours will vary until we are comfortable with you being able to handle the shift. We are looking for part-time staff members that can work 25+ hrs a week. We need people with experience cooking, assembling, and presenting fresh made food from in-house recipes. We are a smaller restaurant with a lot of growth. We need to add motivated, self-driven, determined individuals who can get anything done that is put in front of them.
Current hours you are applying for: 5p-2a. More hours may become available at any time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Open availability is preferred and we would like to add people who are looking to make this their main job and become part of a strong, goal-oriented team.
- We need cooks/leaders who can make food from scratch, cook seafood, burgers and chicken on a char-broiler and flattop, run a fryer, and ensure the fastest ticket times possible with the highest food quality.
- Strong multitaskers are a must.
- Kitchen flow experience is preferred.
- Other expectations are to be able to prep food on a checklist and clean without being told.
- If you are passionate, motivated, and skilled at what you do you will be a great fit!
Nights and weekends are required for most positions! Some day shifts are available.
