About the Job:
Be available to work 5p-2a multiple days of the week and hours may vary. This position is at our Trop Club location at 6282 Riverside Blvd Loves Park. Bartenders are required to provide excellent, personable service in a fast-paced, fun environment.
Requirements:
- This position will require attention to detail, the ability to multitask and perform mathematical transactions.
- Must be available or work days and night shift.
- Open availability preferred.
- The ideal candidate would be willing to learn, driven to provide the best customer experience both in person and over the phone, and provide interactive conversations with all patrons.
- Previous bartending experience is preferred.
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink and food orders.
- Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
- Serving patrons with excellent and accurate orders.
- High level organizational skills.
- Ability to to keep calm in high volume high stress situations.
